Key Responsibilities:
- Expereince in preparation & design of structures as per architectural drawings
- Must have good knowledge in understanding of architectural and structural drawings
- Experience in preparation of concrete drawings for all structural elements, analysis and design of allotted buildings / structures
- Experience in checking of structural design drawings and details
- Experience in preparation of design calculation, design basis report, detailed drawing and bill of quantities
- Experience in design concepts, basis, structural calculations of BOQ, verification, study & awareness of project specs architect drawings, standards, design & drawing, attending technical meetings
Desired Profile / Skills:
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- M.E / M.Tech in Structural Engineer
- Should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products and systems for commercial, industrial and domestic purposes
- Direct and co-ordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements
- Must perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction and installation standards and specifications
- Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects
- Experience in preparation of specifications for purchase of materials and equipment. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements
- Site study & discussion with client. Preparation of load calculation & site study report
- Must have experience in calculation of cable & switch & develop roomwise data
Desired Profile / Skills:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineer, B.Arch
- Should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Should be able to design complete PHE and fire fighting for buildings
- Able to design the water supply and drainage system the building projects internally and external
- Able to calculate the water requirement details and water balance chart, design STP, WTP, RO plants
- Able to design HNS system, external drainage and water supply system
- Able to design and size the pipes for water supply and drainage, sumps, OHT, etc
- Able to design and arrive at the pump capacities
- Able to prepare the specification and BOQs
Desired Profile / Skills:
- B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil
- Should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Must prepares drawings for all types of landscape design with consistent accuracy, neatness and presentation
- Must attends to any direct instructions from landscape architect regarding the development and progress of the design drawings
- Must provides necessary detailing to simplify execution of landscape drawings
- Must prepares drawing list, printouts, plot files and copies of landscape drawings for client co-ordinates with other AEB departments / sections for design related issues
Desired Profile / Skills:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Architect / ITI Draughtsman
- Should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Must answer inbound calls, customer queries in regards to their payment due and bank loan procedure
- Must take care of the customer needs from booking till possession
- Experience in documentation work
- Must maintain customer database
- Maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery, monitoring customer complaints, providing efficient services. Handling customer grievances and resolving issues

- Any degree
- Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Concentration on enquiries and convert in to sales
- Must ensure that all the sales telephonic enquiries are handled promptly
- Must attend and keep a track on enquiries & walk-in clients at the sites
- Must ensure that 100% of customer relation is maintained for pre and post sales
- Must maintain customer complain at zero level for pre and post sales
